A: Blue Light blocking glasses help relieve eye discomfort from excessive device usage, increases alertness which induces sleep, and can help reduce the likelihood of age-related macular degeneration.
Q: How else can we care for our eyes with lots of screen time?
A: Other ways to take care of your sight is to sit at arm’s length from your screen, keep your eyes lubricated, and remember to take breaks every 20 minutes by looking at an object at least 20 feet away to allow your eyes to relax.
