WHAT IS IT?
Our heart-shaped Rose Quartz crystal mimics that of the ancient healing technique known as Gua Sha. The traditional treatment loosely translates into English to mean: scraping {of the skin}. Historically, the healing practice used more dramatic strokes on the body to awaken the circulatory system and improve immune function.
Miranda was inspired by this to create the facial equivalent—a gentle, natural and non-invasive stone that enhances natural beauty while lifting and sculpting the face.
WHY DO WE NEED IT?
As you use gliding upwards strokes the motion helps stimulate the circulation system to flush the epidermis; prompting lymphatic drainage, detoxification and cellular restoration of the complexion.
A stimulated circulatory system also acts as a catalyst to help encourage collagen production which aids in strengthening of the skin. Resulting in firmer, more plump skin—and a healthy glow.

WHY ROSE QUARTZ?
We chose Rose Quartz, the stone of universal love because it carries vibrations of self-love, acceptance and happiness, and eases tension, stress and anxiety.
Rose quartz has also been recognized widely for its beautifying and healing qualities. Cleopatra and Egyptians were known to use the stone for clearing the complexion and preventing wrinkles.
HOW TO USE IT
After cleansing and misting, warm a few drops of the Noni Glow Face Oil and apply to your skin. Take the Rose Quartz Heart Facial Sculptor and gently massage in the oil blend. Following the strokes on the diagram (as shown here and included in its packaging) try to imagine lifting the skin, contouring the cheekbones and jawline (or area of your choice), and smoothing out expression lines, wrinkles, crow’s feet and fine lines.
Focus on gentle, gliding strokes from the middle of the face, out, and the bottom of the face/décolletage, up. Once you get to the eye area use lighter and more gentle pressure as the skin around the eyes is far more delicate than that on your cheeks, forehead or chin.
Take as little or as long as you like. Traditional gua sha facials focus on each stroke slowly and steadily for up to a few minutes. For best results, we recommend 3 to 5 minutes a day.
You may like to place your stone under cold water before use, the cooling effect is a great way to help reduce inflammation and puffiness.
FINISHED WITH LOVE
Miranda worked closely with the production team to ensure every angle works in harmony with the ridges of the human face. Cut from Rose Quartz crystal, each and every piece is hand tested and finished with love. Ensuring smooth lines for a gentle and regenerative facial massage.
CLEANING & CARE
Cleanse with warm water and wipe with a soft cloth to remove any dirt and oil. For a deeper clean, use a gentle cleanser (Rose Quartz can be a delicate stone). We suggest any of the KORA Organics Cleansers to further cleanse your crystal.
Additionally, to completely cleanse and reset your crystal leave it outside under the light of the moon/and or sun.
