Miranda's Simple Super Bircher Muesli

This muesli is packed with vitamins and minerals, is easy to digest (because it’s been soaked) and has a soothing effect on the central nervous system.

Ingredients
    • 2.5 cups of organic oats
    • ½ cup sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup pumpkin seeds
  • ½ cup linseeds
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup sultanas
Directions

Mix all ingredients together and soak in ½ litre of filtered water overnight.
It will last refrigerated in a sealed container for a week. Serve with seasonal berries or grated apple, and your choice of milk (I prefer goat milk).

Oats

Cranberries
This beautiful bright berry provides us with an astonishing array of phytonutrients. Many of these phytonutrients offer antioxidant and anti-inflammatory health benefits. Cranberries are a very good source of Vitamin C, dietary fibre and manganese, as well as a good source of Vitamin E, Vitamin K, copper, and pantothenic acid.
