One of my favourite sayings is, ‘Health is Wealth’ and it’s something that I truly believe in. We need to invest in our health and make it a priority, and it’s not just about eating well and regular exercise, it’s about taking care of yourself physically, mentally and emotionally.
Over the years I have learnt how important the role of self-care is to keep my mind balanced and positive.
I find if I take the time to incorporate some little self-care rituals into my daily schedule, even just five minutes here and there, I am able to give much more back in everything I do, and to those around me.

I like to use this after I apply the Noni Glow Face Oil as it helps the oil absorb deeper into my skin.
Balancing Rose Mist
This Balancing Rose Mist contains Rose Flower Water, Geranium Oil, Hibiscus and Noni Extract to supply antioxidants, vitamins and minerals to your skin and boost your natural radiance. I use a mist as part of my morning and evening skincare routine, but I also carry one with me in my handbag to use throughout the day. If I’m feeling stressed or overwhelmed, I close my eyes, take a deep breath and mist 3 – 4 pumps over my face. It’s a great pick me up!
