To celebrate our focus on body love this month, we are running a 21-day Dry Body Brush Challenge to benefit our MIND, BODY and SKIN.

Today is day one, and for the week ahead, we are focusing on the enlivening and nurturing benefits dry body brushing has for our MIND.

Our team gathered to pen what we love most about getting our brush on.

Miranda’s Skincare Ritual 

I try to Dry Body Brush each morning before I shower. It doesn’t take long, two minutes max. It’s so energizing for the body and increases circulation and blood flow. 

In the shower I start with the Renewing Hand & Body Wash, which is an incredibly gentle cleanser that helps bind moisture to your skin even after rinsing, followed by the Invigorating Body Scrub. It scrubs away all my dead skin and leaves me feeling silky smooth and glowing.

When is it running?

Areas to avoid?

Sensitive areas, sunburns, rashes, eczema or psoriasis or/and anywhere the skin is broken. This brush is tended for the body only, not the facial area.

How do I keep the brush clean?

Tap the brush after use to remove debris. Wash through the bristles once a week with warm soapy water, rinse well and air dry naturally with the bristles facing downwards. Do not immerse the brush in water.

What do I get out of the challenge?

Feel renewed, invigorated, exfoliated, toned, proud and inspired–while creating an amazing new morning habit.
