I like to be super organised going into the holiday and festive season, as time quickly gets away. I also have many loved ones that live in different countries, so I like to start planning early so their gifts arrive in time.
I’ve started to list some special and unique gift ideas for my friends and family and wanted to share them with you too.
I love to enjoy my tea in a special cup, and this tea cup is one of my favourites! It’s from the collection I designed for Royal Albert and the design is inspired by my love of peonies and butterflies. Drinking tea out of fine bone china turns any cup of tea into a special moment, whether shared together or enjoyed alone.
I absolutely love crystals, especially Rose Quartz, which is used and infused throughout the entire KORA Organics skincare range. Rose Quartz has a soothing energy of self-love and these necklaces fall in the perfect spot, close to your Heart Chakra so you can experience the highest vibrations of the stone.
Reading can be therapeutic and a form of self-care but is also a great way to self-educate. We’ve recently added some books to my Miranda Loves collection including, Cleanse to Heal by Anthony William, Harmonic Healing by Dr. Linda Lancaster and Transcending the Levels of Consciousness by David R. Hawkins, plus a few more. These books have inspired me and can be great to gift to others.
I often use aromatherapy for its therapeutic benefits and as a tool to help uplift and nurture my spirit. I have diffusers all over my home and use different essential oils depending on how I’m feeling that day. This Diffuser I have recently added to my MK Loves page scents your home, safely and naturally, and looks beautiful while doing it. It’s simple and chic, perfect for any room, bedsides, countertops, and shelves. I like to create my own rituals by diffusing different aromas throughout the day to inspire and rebalance my mind and energy.
These DIFF Eyewear Blue Light Glasses are the best gift! I use mine all the time. I use them when working on my computer or smartphone to counter the impact the screen has on my eyes. This is a gift that also gives back, every pair of DIFF glasses sold helps to provide the gift of sight to someone in need through eye exams, glasses, medicine, and surgery. So far, they’ve donated over 1.5 MILLION pairs of glasses worldwide.
My friend Holly Star is an energy healer and makes these beautiful soy candles with crushed gemstones and energetic properties – I think it’s more important than ever to give gifts that help people feel uplifted and energized. This one is based on the intention of LOVE and contains jasmine to help soften and open the heart and ylang ylang to help balance energy.
Last Christmas my parents gave me a Theragun and I couldn’t believe how well it worked to release tension in my neck and shoulders. This Theragun Mini produces the same results, but it’s compact and small enough to keep in your handbag. It’s a wonderful gift for anyone you know who carries tension.
These are just some of my top gift ideas for the holiday season, I hope they have provided you with some inspiration, but anything that is given from the heart, with love and thoughtfulness, is the best gift anyone can receive.
