Cultivate a Healthy Mind

Cultivate a Healthy Mind

Over the years I’ve learned how important it is to take care of yourself so we can give much more back in everything we do and to everyone we meet.

It’s no secret that health, wellness, and spirituality is something I have been passionate about from a young age. I love constantly learning and understanding the mind, body, spirit connection; and I feel we can really learn something from each other if we are able to share that knowledge.

I’m very excited to open up my little black book of wellness and share with you some of the practices for cultivating a healthy mind that has worked for me—I really hope that they will work for you too.

MEDITATION

I love to do many types of meditation, including working with mantras. Meditation is an incredible tool for me to calm my mind and help me form a deeper connection with myself and others.

CRYSTALS

Because I believe in the healing powers of crystals I use them daily for meditation, throughout my home in various locations and also in my skincare line where we infused all products with the soothing and healing energy of Rose Quartz.

Crystals have been used for thousands of years and they have incredible benefits.

Holly Star, my friend, and Intuitive Energy Healer says, “each crystal has its own resonance and everyone has a different experience with them. For some people, they uplift, and for some, they offer transformational qualities.”

AROMATHERAPY

Another important part of my daily routine is the use of aromatherapy, these oils really help support your general wellbeing. One of my favorite oils is my Heart Chakra Aromatherapy Oil blend, it was created for me by my Aromatherapist. When I was going through a hard time in my life, this blend really helped me get through the challenging days. I carry with it me everywhere now, in my handbag, and use it on my pulse points, behind my ears, and on my heart chakra.

AFFIRMATIONS

I believe we have power over our minds and if we choose positive thoughts it can help uplift ourselves and those around us. I keep my affirmation cards next to my bed and when I wake up I shuffle them and spontaneously choose a card.

NATURE

Finally, if I am feeling overwhelmed I walk outside and put my feet in the grass. It helps me feel more centered, grounded and be in the present moment.

Much love,
Miranda xxx

Thank you for this beautiful message. I made little notes while reading and watching the video! Kora Organics is not just a brand but a lifestyle!
