Ballerina Booty & Legs in 3 Quick Moves

Ballerina Booty & Legs in 3 Quick Moves

One of our most frequently asked questions is, do I need dance experience for a ballerina workout? The answer is no! Ballet Beautiful targets and strengthens your ballet muscles, but dance experience is not required. Today’s at-home workout lifts tightens and transforms the butt and thighs in 3 easy moves.

Miranda and I have trained together for over ten years through fashion shows, campaign and editorial shoots, multiple babies, and everything in between.  Below are some of Miranda’s all-time favorite Ballet Beautiful ballerina workout moves for sculpting a toned, sleek dancer’s physique that you can follow along with from home. The best part of these ballerina workouts is that they require zero equipment, and you can get started with them right now! Practice them at least three days a week to see results, and tag me @balletbeautiful so I can follow along.
