Holidays are filled with merriment and cheer, but changes in our habits can wreak havoc on our bodies and skin. Here are 6 tips to keep you glowing inside and out this holiday season!

Prep Your Skin

Enhance your beauty by using the Noni Glow Face Oil. A lightweight oil, the Noni Glow Face Oil will help to hydrate, smooth and nourish your skin creating the perfect before makeup base and providing you with that dewy glow.

Tip: You can dab a little bit of Noni Glow Face Oil over the top of makeup to give your skin that extra glow.

Take A Sip

Keeping your body and your skin is important. Drinking enough water daily can help flush out toxins from your body and help hydrate your body and skin. Making sure you drink enough water throughout the day and in between drinks to decrease dehydration and keep your glow.

Tip: Keep a water bottle beside your bed and take a sip before you got to sleep and first thing in the morning.

Makeup Must

We know taking off your makeup before bed can feel like an enormous task when you’re tired and just want to hit the pillow but there’s nothing more important than removing your makeup before going to bed. Our skin renews and repairs during the night as it goes through its regenerative process. Dirt, makeup and environmental pollution that’s left over from the day gone by can clog your pores, increase the rate of skin aging and disturb the detoxification process. Even if you’re super tired, we always recommend to cleanse, mist and moisturize.

Mask It

Masks can be your best friend to instantly brighten your complexion after late nights and unhealthy food but 15-20 minutes is all you need.

  • If you have dry, lack-luster skin the Noni Glow Sleeping Mask will boost hydration, reduce inflammation and deliver smoother, plumper looking skin.
  • If you have dull, congested skin, the Turmeric Brightening & Exfoliating Mask is your at-home facial. This mask addresses congested pores, sebum buildup, uneven skin texture and dullness.

Tip: You can apply the Noni Glow Sleeping Mask to cheeks and the outer areas of your face for hydration and the Turmeric Mask to oiler areas such as your t-zone for a deeper clean and to address the excess sebum.

Beauty Sleep

Make sure to still get enough sleep. Not getting those sleep hours can affect your cognitive function, energy levels, and your skin health. Make sure you try and get 7-9 hours each night. Remember to apply the Noni Glow Sleeping Mask to boost hydration to deliver smoother, plumper looking skin overnight. Make your beauty sleep work for you! If you’re feeling puffy the next morning, use the Rose Quartz Heart Facial Sculptor to increase circulation and reduce puffiness.

Tip: Place the Rose Quartz Heart Facial Sculptor the refrigerator for a few minutes or run under cold water for a cooling experience.

The 80/20 Rule

When the holidays come around it’s hard not to indulge and subsequently eating routines can go out the window. Don’t feel guilty about indulging a little when it presents itself. Enjoy this time and everything in moderation and when you have the choice, eat healthily. Read more about Miranda’s 80/20 rule here
