My Daily Routine—Shared

When it comes to my skin, I try my best to stick to a twice daily morning/night routine, no matter how busy I get. In this chapter of my Little Black Book of Wellness—I share my daily skin care rituals and my favorite products with you.

WAKING UP

I like to wake up at 6:00am and meditate before my son wakes up. After I meditate I dry body brush, it’s such a great way to get the circulation going and remove dead skin cells. I like to start with my feet and legs and work my way up in quick gentle strokes.

Then it’s time to shower with the Essential Body Wash. After I dry, I massage in the Noni Glow Body Oil and apply the Noni Glow Body Balm.

As I am pregnant, it’s important for me to use natural and organic products that are safe for me and my baby.

MORNING SKINCARE

For my morning routine, I cleanse with my KORA Organics Foaming Cleanser and spritz with Energizing Citrus Mist. I then apply the new Noni Radiant Eye Oil (that I am obsessed with!), finishing with Hydrating Day and Night Cream mixed with a few drops of Noni Glow Face Oil.

MAKEUP

When it comes to make-up I like to keep it simple.

I use RMS Uncover UP in 22, curl my eyelashes and a little bit of Charlotte Tilbury mascara. I also use my favorite Charlotte Tilbury Lipstick, Amazing Grace.

Then it’s time for breakfast!

MASSAGE

Sidney Yoon is in my book of wellness today, he was a former monk in Korea, and now does body healing and massages, and performs an incredible facial massage.

Indulging in a massage I find really beneficial, to get the circulation going. Especially before or after a long flight!

Now it’s time for work!

BEDTIME ROUTINE

Before I go to bed I like to use our Cream Cleanser and double cleanse to make sure all my makeup is removed. I then spritz my face with Balancing Rose Mist and apply Soothing Moisturiser. I finish off with Noni Glow Face Oil and Noni Radiant Eye Oil.

Then it’s lights off! Time for some beauty sleep.

Much love,

Miranda xxx
